Baked Stuff Potatoes

- Wash and bake 6 large Idaho potatoes.
- Take from oven while hot, cut circle hole in potatoes.
- Take a tablespoon and take out all of the potato leaving only the shell.
- Mash potatoes in large bowl adding chopped celery, green pepper, onions, garlic, bacon, sausage, cheese, butter, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix until potatoes soft but little stiff.
- Take soft potatoes and stuff back in potato shell.
- Sprinkle top of potato with paprika. Put potatoes in baking pan and bake 20 minutes until top is brown. Serves 5 or 6.
