Baked Stuff Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 large Idaho potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage, chopped
  • 6 slices smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 buds fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. cheese
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and bake 6 large Idaho potatoes.
  2. Take from oven while hot, cut circle hole in potatoes.
  3. Take a tablespoon and take out all of the potato leaving only the shell.
  4. Mash potatoes in large bowl adding chopped celery, green pepper, onions, garlic, bacon, sausage, cheese, butter, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix until potatoes soft but little stiff.
  6. Take soft potatoes and stuff back in potato shell.
  7. Sprinkle top of potato with paprika. Put potatoes in baking pan and bake 20 minutes until top is brown. Serves 5 or 6.
