Storage & Reheating

Leftover stuffed mushrooms can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through. Avoid microwaving as it can make the mushrooms soggy.

What type of mushrooms work best for this recipe?

Cremini or button mushrooms are excellent choices for stuffing as they hold their shape well and have a mild flavor. Larger portobello mushrooms can also be used for a heartier appetizer, but they will require a longer cooking time.

Can I freeze baked stuffed mushrooms?
