Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 medium-sized trout
  • seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 or 2 medium-sized cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Rinse the trout thoroughly.
  2. Pour sliced mushrooms into a baking pan and spread evenly.
  3. Season the trout inside and out with seafood seasoning (Old Bay).
  4. Lay the seasoned trout on top of the mushrooms in the pan.
  5. Slice the onion and place the slices inside the cavity of each fish.
  6. Slice the margarine or butter and place on top of each fish.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake the fish for 30 to 45 minutes, until well done.
