Ingredients

  • 12 oz. ziti
  • 3 c. fat-free marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. light Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. light Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the ziti according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine marinara sauce and crushed red pepper flakes in a medium-sized saucepan; heat through.
  3. In a large serving bowl, mix the cooked ziti, sauce mixture, light Ricotta cheese, and shredded light Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
