Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 egg whites (for emulsification)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except shallots and garlic- add separately.
