Crispy, cheesy pepperoni bites on crunchy Melba toast, topped with ketchup, oregano, and melted mozzarella, perfect as a quick snack or appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Melba garlic toast rounds
  • catsup
  • oregano
  • pepperoni
  • grated Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place Melba toast rounds on a tray.
  2. Squeeze a nickel-sized blob of ketchup on each round.
  3. Sprinkle oregano over the entire tray of toast rounds.
  4. Place a slice of pepperoni on each toast round, gently pressing it down to spread the ketchup without overflowing.
  5. Sprinkle 3 to 4 pieces of grated mozzarella cheese on each pepperoni slice.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven for 1 1/2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
