Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium banana

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cream margarine or butter and sugar together.
  3. Add sour cream, flours, eggs, and salt; mix well.
  4. Squeeze orange juice through a strainer.
  5. Add mashed banana and orange juice to batter; mix thoroughly.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
