Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. brownie mix
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • banana slices
  • strawberry slices
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix brownie mix as directed on the package and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake as directed and let cool.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; spread over cooled brownie.
  5. Top with banana slices, strawberry slices, and chopped nuts.
  6. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with butter, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the assembled brownie.
  8. Chill before serving.
