Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Place the container in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Process again for half a second.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
