Ingredients

  • 4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 3 (3 oz. each) packages flavored gelatine
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine unflavored gelatine and flavored gelatine; add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  2. Add heavy cream; stir well.
  3. Pour into a shallow baking dish about 9 x 13 inches; chill until firm.
