Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • bananas, cut in half lengthwise
  • chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix water, vinegar, sugar, and beaten eggs in a saucepan and cook until thick.
  2. Add butter and let cool.
  3. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and serve with the sauce, optionally topped with chopped peanuts.
