Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. red skin peanuts
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. To make the cooked dressing, mix the sugar, egg, vinegar, and salt together and cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Bring to a light boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Cool or chill the dressing before serving.
  4. Peel and slice bananas.
  5. Mix bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. Pour cooled dressing over bananas and top with red skin peanuts.
