Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 piece garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 bunch shredded collard greens
  • 1 cooked maple ham steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Sautee chopped onions,chopped garlic n olive oil in large pot
  2. Add cubed up ham brown a little bit
  3. Add chicken broth and water and add your greens
  4. Cook on medium about an hour or until your greens are tender
  5. It should absorb the liquid
