Instructions
- Mix salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and coarse ground pepper together.
- Rub a generous amount of seasoning into the beef.
- Sprinkle liquid smoke on all sides of the beef.
- Wrap the beef tightly in heavy-duty foil, folding from side to side and folding the ends.
- Place the wrapped beef in a brown paper bag.
- Put the bag in a pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Cook at 200°F for 24 hours.
