Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. super lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion
  • beef/onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Pat the mixture down in a baking dish.
  3. Spread ketchup on top before baking.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
