Ingredients

  • 1 box butter cake mix or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices and juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, oil, mandarin orange slices, and juice in a bowl.
  2. If using yellow cake mix, add 1/2 cup melted margarine to the mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a 9-inch Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes until done.
  5. Allow the cake to cool.
  6. Remove the cake from the pan and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  7. Poke holes in the cake with a fork and spread with frosting.
