Barbecued Mushrooms
Sautéed mushrooms bursting with garlic, ketchup, and savory spices—perfect as a quick side or topping for burgers, tacos, or grilled meats.

- Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- Microwave the sliced mushrooms on high for 4 minutes in a covered dish, stirring halfway and draining the liquid.
- Sauté minced garlic in 2–3 Tbsp. oil until fragrant.
- Add the drained mushrooms to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste, and stir.
- Pour in 3 Tbsp. ketchup, mixing well, and continue sautéing until the ketchup is absorbed and coats the bottom of the pan.
- Add more ketchup if desired, stirring until desired consistency is reached.
