Ingredients

  • flour
  • chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Rub pieces of squirrel with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll the squirrel pieces in flour and pan-fry to form a crust.
  3. Remove the squirrel pieces from the skillet and place them in a casserole dish.
  4. Add chopped onion to the casserole to taste.
  5. Pour barbecue sauce over the squirrel and onions.
