Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
  • 1 small package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press half of the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Mix the lemon Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved.
  4. Chill the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator until it is cooled and slightly thickened.
