Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 bag brickle bits (1 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter with the sugar and corn syrup.
  2. Add vanilla and flour; mix well.
  3. Stir in the brickle bits and press the mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325°F.
  5. Cut into bars while still warm.
