Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 1 carton (1 1/2 c.) cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon and lime jello in 2 cups hot water.
  2. Let the jello cool, then add the crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until it begins to congeal, slightly around the sides.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and beat the jello slightly.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, canned milk, cottage cheese, horseradish, and chopped nuts together.
  6. Return the mixture to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
