Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box Hinds lemon cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Grease an oblong pan.
  2. Pour in the can of crushed pineapple.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon cake mix evenly over the pineapple without stirring.
  4. Add the oleo and butter, cut into pieces, on top of the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle nuts over the top.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for about 55 minutes.
  7. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.
