Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) package instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (4 oz) package single serve graham crust
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 Vienna finger sandwich cookies
  • 1 tube red decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on the package.
  2. Spoon the pudding into the graham crust.
  3. Spread whipped topping over the pudding and along the edge of the crust to resemble a ball, smoothing the surface.
  4. Break the Vienna finger cookies in half.
  5. Tuck 3 broken cookie halves into the pudding, slightly overlapping around the upper edge of the crust.
  6. Place another half cookie slightly to the left of the other fingers to serve as the thumb.
  7. Use red decorating gel to draw two half circles and stitching on the ball to resemble a baseball.
