Ingredients

  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon or basil
  • 1 garlic clove, cut in fourths

Instructions

  1. Shake to blend and store in jar in refrigerator.
  2. Serve on salad greens or use as a marinade for vegetables, fish or chicken.
