Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Stir in 2 3/4 cups of flour, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Mix until a soft ball forms.
