Basic Pizza Dough Made in a Bread Maker

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Bread flour
  • 150 grams Cake flour
  • 2 tsp Dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 small can Canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bread maker, and start the "dough" course.
  2. Roll the dough into a ball.
  3. Place in a bowl which was greased with olive oil (not listed), and let it proof (with the oven setting) for 20 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 portions, and roll into balls.
  5. Roll them out evenly with a rolling pin horizontally and vertically.
  6. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce in a circle on your fingers.
  7. Pre-bake in the oven for 8 ~ 10 minutes at 200C ~ 220C.
  8. The dough looks like this after pre-baking.
  9. Then put your favourite toppings, and bake in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes at 220C.
  10. If you have leftover dough, pre-bake, put in a ziploc bag, and put it in the freezer.
  11. It will come in handy.
  12. I baked it with wiener sausages this time.
