Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tsp basil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced tomatoes and evenly coat them with the dressing.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder over the tomatoes.
  4. Chill the mixture for 2 hours before serving.
