Ingredients

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets for 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Add diced green, yellow, and red peppers, sliced green onion, and garlic cloves to the skillet.
  5. Sauté the mixture for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped fresh dill weed, lemon pepper, and wine vinegar.
  7. Cook for 1 minute.
  8. Spoon the sautéed mixture over the steamed cauliflower and serve.
