Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • beer
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add enough beer to the batter to make it adhere to the meat.
