Ingredients

  • 6 large baking potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Cook the potatoes until tender.
  3. Drain off the water and add 1/2 stick of butter to the potatoes.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the remaining 1/2 stick of butter and mix in vinegar, paprika, sugar, catsup, and BBQ sauce.
  5. Heat the sauce mixture and pour it over the cooked potatoes.
