- Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain off fat.
- Add chopped onion and green pepper. Cook until soft. Add kidney beans (undrained), tomatoes and corn. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Simmer slowly until slightly thickened.
- Serve in bowls with all the delicious juices.
