Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked brown beans

Instructions

  1. Put enough milk to make the dough thick enough to roll out as biscuit dough, about 3/4 cup.
  2. Roll the dough to the thickness of a pie crust.
  3. Cut the dough into 1/2-inch wide strips.
  4. Drop the strips into a pan with 1 cup of cooked brown beans.
  5. Cook and simmer for 20 minutes or until done.
