Bean Fritters

Instructions
- Drain the beans.
- Set aside.
- Combine egg, milk and beans. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add beans mixture to dry ingredients.
- Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into deep Crisco heated to 365°.
- Fry a few at a time, until fritters are golden brown, about 4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Makes about 24.
