- Slice the white portion of leeks into 1/4-inch thick rings.
- Separate the rings and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, Bisquick, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour half of a bottle of beer into another bowl.
- Dip about 10 leek rings into the beer, then into the flour mixture.
- Shake off excess flour from the rings.
- Fry the coated leek rings in peanut oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.
