Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans Northern or Pinto beans (I mix them)
  • 1 1/2 C. salsa
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 clove garlic or powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Mix all ingredients and heat and serve.
