- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add green pepper and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes, until pepper is crisp-tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, increase heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until pepper is tender.
- Serves 4.
