Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Slice beef across the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the beef until browned, stirring often. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the frozen chopped broccoli and onion wedges.
  5. Cook until the vegetables are heated through and slightly tender.
  6. Add garlic salt to the vegetables and stir.
  7. Pour in the cream of broccoli soup and water, stirring to combine.
  8. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and simmer until heated through and sauce thickens.
