Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, pork or Polish sausage
- 1 cup sliced carrots ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sliced celery ⓘ
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup green peppers ⓘ
- 2 cups snow peas ⓘ
- 1 cup bean sprouts ⓘ
- 2 cups water chestnuts ⓘ
- 3 cups sliced cabbage ⓘ
- 2 cloves garlic
- any vegetables of your choice ⓘ
- 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- cooked rice ⓘ
Instructions
- Put slices or chunks of meat in a skillet.
- Add Worcestershire sauce to the meat.
- Brown the meat until tender.
- Add remaining vegetables and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
- Serve over rice with additional Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
