Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, pork or Polish sausage
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup green peppers
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cups water chestnuts
  • 3 cups sliced cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • any vegetables of your choice
  • 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Put slices or chunks of meat in a skillet.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce to the meat.
  3. Brown the meat until tender.
  4. Add remaining vegetables and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
  5. Serve over rice with additional Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
