Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground leftover beef roast
  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Moisten ground beef with beef broth to a spreading consistency.
  2. Combine Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Spread an even layer of the beef mixture over the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough and beef like a jelly roll.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a buttered baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a 450°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush the baked rolls with melted margarine before serving.
