Beef Biscuit Roll

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground leftover beef roast
- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Moisten ground beef with beef broth to a spreading consistency.
- Combine Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Spread an even layer of the beef mixture over the dough.
- Roll up the dough and beef like a jelly roll.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake in a 450°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Brush the baked rolls with melted margarine before serving.
