Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 onion
  • noodles or rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain off the grease from the skillet.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup to the beef mixture.
  4. Rinse the can of mushroom soup with about 1/4 can of milk and add to the skillet.
  5. Simmer over low heat until heated through and flavors meld.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the meat mixture over cooked noodles or rice.
