Instructions
- Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips.
- Brown beef and onion in oil; drain.
- Combine all other ingredients; add to beef.
- Cook on low heat for an hour, or until beef is tender.
- Serve with bow tie noodles.
- Can serve over noodles or as a casserole by mixing meat and noodles in casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Heat in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
