Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cubed medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 3 c. corn flour

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with ingredients except corn flour.
  2. Cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
