Ingredients

  • 1 package beef liver
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and cut the potatoes into chunks.
  2. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the beef liver until partially cooked; then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the potatoes and diced onions with salt and pepper until the potatoes are almost done.
  4. Cut the cooked liver into small chunks and add to the skillet with the potatoes and onions.
  5. Simmer everything together for 20 to 30 minutes until flavors meld and ingredients are fully cooked.
