Ingredients

  • 3 lb. lean meat, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the meat overnight.
  2. Remove meat from marinade and dehydrate.
  3. If you do not have a dehydrator, place in an oven on 140°F with the door cracked open to dry the meat without cooking it.
  4. Dry until meat is thin enough, which should take overnight if the slices are thin.
