Ingredients

  • 2 lb. top sirloin or Filet Mignon
  • 16 oz. crab legs or imitation crab
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 packet Hollandaise Sauce
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Broil the steak to desired doneness.
  2. Steam crab legs and broccoli for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to instructions.
  4. Place a 4 to 6-ounce steak on each plate.
  5. Top each steak with broccoli florets and crab meat.
  6. Drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
