- Cook the spinach according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a medium bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
- Add the cooked spinach to the tuna and mix well.
- Stir in the mayonnaise until evenly combined.
- Add the Italian bread crumbs and mix.
- Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Gently transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
