Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans light chunk tuna
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the spinach according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
  3. Add the cooked spinach to the tuna and mix well.
  4. Stir in the mayonnaise until evenly combined.
  5. Add the Italian bread crumbs and mix.
  6. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice.
  8. Gently transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  9. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
  10. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
