Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the chuck roast into cubes.
  2. Place the beef cubes in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sherry wine together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the beef cubes.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 300°F for 3 hours.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
