Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. orzo

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a pot and drain the fat.
  2. Add the stewed tomatoes, mixed vegetables, onion soup mix, and orzo to the pot.
  3. Use the empty 16-ounce can to add 5 cans of water to the mixture.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
