Beef-Wine Casserole

Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour in 3-quart casserole.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Stir into beef mixture. Cook, uncovered, about 3 hours at 300° to 325°.
- Stir occasionally. Add small amount of water if it gets thick before beef is tender. Serve over noodles, rice or with potatoes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
