Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and pepper.
- Drain grease.
- Cook elbow macaroni until tender, but still firm.
- Drain.
- Add to macaroni and beef mixture catsup, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook on low heat about 15 minutes.
- Serve.
